Top class massage. Will find the spots that need work and if your one of those people that need firm pressure can do that. Very professional if you want to mix it up and walk out of there feeling really amazing, ask about the sauna and cold plunge combo. Really worth doing.

I had a 1.5 hour relaxation massage with Richard and it was perfection. I was quite sore after a big walk and he used the right amount of pressure to be effective. I walked in hobbling feeling very stiff but I walked out feeling like I was floating. Will be back next time we are in duns. Thanks again Richard!
