Always comforting walking into the warm and cosy environment at Arrows. Today I had Claire, who gave my shoulder blades a relieving stretch and massage. We both had a little giggle when she called them my 'Wings'.Thank you for helping me feel relaxed. I'll definitely be back for another Wing stretch soon :-)
