Great massage therapists, kind people, easy communication, made the whole process painless.Plus they had a sale on for $10 off, they charged me $10 less than the listed price, I brought it to their attention that the price should be $10 more, but they said they had a sale on. So they're honest as well.

Looks the part but isn't. They straight up charge for the oil version of their massage which is $5 more than the advertised price. So people uncomfortable with saying no already pay extra. The real disappointment is the massage itself. No skill or knowledge in it from what I experienced.

We are on holiday from NZ and I had 2 great foot massages to be highly recommended plus hot stone. Husband had ear candling. Service efficient friendly. We will be back.

If I wanted to be left in oil I could gone to coles or wollies and got some oil to bath in would have been cheaper

Do not attend.This place was my worst massage experience, I paid $40 for a neck, shoulder, head 30 minute massage, even tough the price is advertised at $25. I was ok to pay it expecting a good massage. This was a rub not a professional massage. Just a rub by someone who decided to massage". Lady rubbed me for 20 minutes before slapping me all over my body and saying "thank you

Less than average massage and they charge a premium should you choose to utilise the health fund option. They advertised $80 for 1 hour massage but charged $95 and called it remedial". Waste of my time and money in this instance."

Foot Haven may describe what they are good at, but they are not qualified to be selling or giving a massage of neck, shoulders, back or arms. Worst massage, no technique, no experience, the guy mashed around, there was NO massage, no rhythm and clearly not even a basic understanding of soft tissue. They bump up the price $5 for cheap stinky oil. They may be good at foot massage, do NOT get a back massage from here.

They dont know how to massage at all. Plus she spoke to her coworker most of the time and stopped 5 times to get the phone during my 30min massage!! WORST MASSAGE EVER
